How long will it take to receive my order?

An estimated 5-7 business days.

We may use several different carriers (i.e. UPS, FedEx, or USPS) to ship your order so the estimated delivery times may vary per carrier. Orders are shipped the equivalent of “ground” shipping so it may take 5-7 business days to receive your order after it has been processed and shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking data.

Can I personalize a product and place a custom order?

Yes. A new customization tool will be available soon. Customers were allowed to submit special order request via email or chat; however, with the advances in customization technology, we are in the process of incorporating a tool that will give you the capability to do more with personalization! How to track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking data via email to track your package and get a more accurate expected date and time of delivery. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What is your return/exchange policy?

If you wish to return or exchange an item, we have a 15-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Most of our shirts are lightweight & breathable and have a soft & cozy feel. They fit true-to-size, meaning, you may be able to order your typical shirt size. We offer designs in an array of colors, regular fit, men’s fitted, women’s relaxed fit, Tri-blend style, a soft garment-dyed style, and oversized Tees. Some of our designs come in a soft & comfy heavyweight premium quality material and there is a Certified 100% Organic Cotton option available for men, women, and baby items. Is there a discount code for First-time customers?

Can I make changes to my order once placed?

You will have 24 hours to modify or cancel your order once your order has been placed. Our goal is to start processing your order upon receipt so there is a narrow window to request any cancelations or
modifications to your order. If you realized that the address is incorrect once your order has been submitted, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately at orders@oatmealapparel.com.

How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and prepped for shipping. To minimize waste and maintain sustainability practices, most of our products are made-to-order, custom made-to-order, or hand sewed to custom order. Will I be notified once my order is shipped and can I track it?

Yes, you will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. You will receive tracking data to track your package and get a more accurate projected date and time for delivery.

What if I receive the wrong order or products?

What is your return/exchange policy?

If you wish to return or exchange an item, we have a 15-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Where are your products manufactured?

Our products and/or fabric materials are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners and suppliers to ensure our products are high quality and of a fair value, while keeping our sustainability practices in mind. See Oatmeal Sustainability Practices.

Are there any items that are Final Sale?

Most of the Final Sale items will be in the Outlet. We are sticklers about transparency, so these items will be carefully marked and noted within each applicable product description page. This information will be noted before purchasing.

Shipping + Logistics Questions?

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a Flat Rate shipping fee of $6.95 per order. All orders over $99 receive Free Shipping! Visit our Shipping Policy page for more details.

To provide the ultimate customer satisfaction, we try to absorb most of the shipping & logistics fees, which is why we only charge a flat rate fee of $6.95.

Will I be charged any duties/tariff fees?

No. We only ship orders within the continental United States of America so you will not be charged for oversees duties/tariffs fees that are typically associated with receiving goods from outside the US. However, as new shipping & logistics policies are put into play, this may change. Subscribe to our Comfort & Cozy newsletter at the bottom of this page to stay up-to-date.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We only ship orders to customers within the continental USA.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We typically ship all orders via ground shipping or an equivalent of “ground” shipping to minimize cost and allow you to take advantage of some of the lowest shipping rates available. If you require expedited shipping, please contact our Customer Care Team at orders@oatmealapparel.com to inquire.
