Shipping policy

Thank you for your purchase! We value you as a loyal customer and are excited you choose Oatmeal Apparel Co., to be your fun, trendy, classic and quality comfort apparel destination. To minimize cost and keeping sustainability in mind, we use several different avenues and carriers to ship products to you. We are continuing to improve by providing eco-friendly products and services.

 

With this said, please note that some of the items in your order may ship separately but at no additional cost to you.

 

 

Order Processing Time:

Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and prepped for shipping. To minimize waste and maintain sustainability practices, most of our products are made-to-order, custom made-to-order, or hand sewed to custom order. Keep in mind that some orders may take a little longer to fulfill.

Allow 1-2 additional business days during holiday, sales events, or busy seasons to process your order. If you have any questions or concerns about an order you have placed on our website at OatmealApparel.com, feel free to reach out at orders@oatmealapparel.com.

 

 

Modify or Cancel Order:

You will have 24 hours to cancel your order once your order has been placed. Our goal is to start processing your order upon receipt so there is a narrow window to request any cancelations or modifications to your order.

 

If you realized that the address is incorrect once your order has been submitted, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately at orders@oatmealapparel.com. If we have missed the deadline to make any corrections, we may cancel the order and you will need to place the order again.

 

 

Shipping Fee & Times:

We charge a Flat Rate shipping fee of $6.95 per order. All orders over $99 receive Free Shipping!

We may use several different carriers (i.e. UPS, FedEx, or USPS) to ship your order so the estimated delivery times may vary per carrier. Orders are shipped the equivalent of “ground” shipping and will take an estimated 5-7 business days for delivery. If you need your order expedited, please contact our Customer Care at orders@oatmealapparel.com. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking data.

 

To provide the ultimate customer satisfaction, we try to absorb most of the shipping & logistics fees which is why we only charge a flat rate fee of $6.95.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: There may be delays during the holiday season and/or during sales events or busy seasons. Based on your geographic area, there may be specific carrier delays due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances; however, you will be provided a tracking number to keep you abreast of your package’s progress.
